TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order for invitations through our online shop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Terms & Policies. This includes our guidelines on proofs, revisions, cancellations, refunds, and production timelines. Your order serves as confirmation that you accept these terms and understand that all items are made-to-order and subject to the processes and limitations outlined above.

Because each item in our shop is made-to-order and personalized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please reach out within 72 hours with photos and a description of the concern. We will happily review your case, and if a production error is confirmed, we’ll replace the affected items at no additional cost.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, and impression are a natural part of the letterpress and foil printing process, and are not considered faults. Colors may also appear differently on screen than in print.

We ship via trusted carriers: UPS and DHL with standard and expedited options at checkout. Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to you.

Please note: our responsibility for lost or damaged packages ends when the carrier takes possession, so we highly recommend reviewing your delivery promptly upon arrival.

Each order includes two rounds of design revisions to wording, colors, and chosen details. Additional changes beyond this will incur an extra fee.

Design work begins once we’ve received all of your text and information (including addresses for printed envelopes, insert details, etc.). Delays in providing this information may delay your timeline.

Colors on screen can look different once printed, and slight variations in texture, impression, or shade are part of the letterpress and foil printing process. These subtle differences are not considered faults.

In the event that a chosen stock is unavailable, we may provide the closest available match in weight and texture to maintain the overall look of your suite.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving your final PDF proofs before production begins. Please check all details, including spelling, dates, and addresses.

If an error appears in the printed suite that was present in your approved proof, reprint costs are your responsibility. If an error is introduced during production that was not on the proof, we will correct and reprint at no cost to you.
